		<description>Thanks for your sharing your thoughts on this. I am guilty of this too ( once in a while ). But since documentation is part of our product deliverable, then it needs to have high quality too. 

Remember the last time when you got frustrated looking for help from the &quot;HELP&quot; file but could not find what you are looking for? Or you finally found the topic, but it is of no help or does not even make sense at all? How would you perceive a software whose user guide has so many spelling and grammatical errors?
